Lead of clinical and administrative client service department for a concierge telemedicine company providing 24/7 medical and administrative support to high net-worth individuals, celebrities, families, and corporations. The company maintained a 95% client renewal rate, expanded clientele annually, and successfully launched new services in adaptation to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our operations scaled and transitioned to entirely remote operation seamlessly.
